Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Business information. What you add about your business, such as business name, contact details, license and insurance details, logo, price book, and default terms.
• Job content. The photos, voice recordings, transcripts, and notes you capture for a job, and the estimates, proposals, and materials lists produced from them.
• Customer information you enter. Details you add about your own customers, such as name, address, phone, and email, so you can send them a proposal.
• Usage information. Basic technical and usage data needed to run and protect the Service, such as counts of AI generations and timestamps.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide the Service and generate your drafts.
• Send your proposals to the customers you choose.
• Operate cost controls and usage limits, and prevent abuse of the Service.
• Respond to your feedback and support requests.
• Send you account emails, such as password resets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your job content to advertise to you.

Service providers we share with

To run the Service, we share the minimum information needed with trusted providers that process it on our behalf:

• AI providers. Your photos, transcripts, notes, and price book context are sent to our AI providers to draft estimates and materials lists, and your voice recordings are sent to a speech-to-text provider to transcribe them.
• Hosting and storage. Our hosting and file-storage provider stores the app data and your uploaded files.
• Email. Our email provider sends account emails such as password resets.

These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.

Customer information you enter

When you enter information about your own customers, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for handling that information properly. We process it only to provide the Service to you, such as generating and delivering the proposal.

Proposal links

When you send a proposal, we create a private link with a long, random, hard-to-guess address. Anyone with that link can view the proposal, so share it only with your customer. We record basic events on the proposal, such as when it was viewed or accepted.

Cookies

We use a single secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can ask us to delete your account and its data by contacting us at the address below. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, such as hashing passwords and using access controls. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can view and update much of your information in the app. To access, correct, or delete your information, or to close your account, contact us at the address below.

Children

The Service is for business use by adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top.
